Business Issue: Client wanted to go digital in Big Bang model in post Covid times to give best in class virtual experience to their end clients and wanted to introduce “Virtual Try-Ons” feature in their ecommerce application. They carved out a separate department for the same but did not have the required skills and scale to implement the solution in a stipulated time and wanted to get quick onboardings for young talented individuals with Digital Skills.
Solution: TalentCafe helped create the Digital Academy, and more than 60 people were trained in three centers across the country on skills that included 3D Artists, content developers and graphic designers. The Digital Academy was designed on the foundation of technical trainings TalentCafe provide to all the clients with the intent to have a flexible and agile solution to build new set of capabilities to the clients.
