Business Issue: Client wanted to go digital in Big Bang model in post Covid times to give best in class virtual experience to their end clients and wanted to introduce “Virtual Try-Ons” feature in their ecommerce application. They carved out a separate department for the same but did not have the required skills and scale to implement the solution in a stipulated time and wanted to get quick onboardings for young talented individuals with Digital Skills.
Solution: TalentCafe helped create the Digital Academy, and more than 60 people were trained in three centers across the country on skills that included 3D Artists, content developers and graphic designers. The Digital Academy was designed on the foundation of technical trainings TalentCafe provide to all the clients with the intent to have a flexible and agile solution to build new set of capabilities to the clients.
Training included development of skills for new candidates as well as upskilling and reskilling of junior employees in HTD model as below:
Business Issue: Client won the contract from multiple end clients to augment the staffing on ASP.Net and Java skillsets with the window of 6 to 9 months including BGV checks, skills validation through online assessment and e-learning platforms customizing the training content as per the client expectations.
Solution: Since the skillset were foundation skills with course requiring introduction to latest advanced version including AngularJS, ReactJS, NodeJS and basic exposure to cloud, we immediately helped client by setting up the HTD model in their premise with Expert Coach and helping in sourcing the right talent from the market by leveraging our existing partners and recruitment model.
TalentCafe also helped in customizing the Training content on their in house online platform and also assisted in all checks which included BGV, skills validation and ensuring that selected resources join the end client post training by deploying HR SPOC.
The skills required were business communication, upselling/cross selling skills, behavioral training with basic exposure to financial terminology.
Result : Onboarded 10 Field Representatives in 2 quarters with consultative approach.
